Today’s job was to correct a fault on a Mercedes A Class 1500 diesel, customer has had issues with this for a fair few months now, it had done the rounds at the various local garages until someone suggested getting the EGR deleted through remapping, We stepped in with a simple 30 min job to close all the EGR maps and disable the relevant P codes associated with EGR problems, a simple and cheap solution to an ongoing issue! Should have contacted us first!
